As your Councilman, I have focused on ensuring our city spends your tax dollars wisely. I will continue to advocate and fight for the responsible use of your tax dollars and ensure that we are doing all we can with the current tax revenue. I will ensure that our city remains transparent in its spending of your hard-earned money.
PUBLIC SAFETY
Like other cities all over the country, being able to attract and maintain public safety personnel is a growing challenge. Through creative and concerted efforts, Ogden has weathered this storm better than most cities. It will take a dedicated and collaborative approach to continue to address this issue. It is a great responsibility to provide an environment that attracts and values dedicated and experienced public safety officers. Every resident is entitled to live in a safe community where emergency and medical services are available. The more we protect, serve and care for our citizens the more our citizens have an opportunity to thrive.
Protect & Enhance Our Open Space
Ogden City is very fortunate to have such wonderful parks and open space. As your councilman, I have worked to safeguard our open space and ensure that developments do not interfere with our parks or nature areas. I will continue to protect Ogden’s parks and will work to enhance our community’s shared assets.
